(Marchalk) Yeich, holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and a Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University. Linda conducted hundreds of residential and commercial real estate closings over the past thirty-four years and is a Pennsylvania licensed Title Insurance Agent since 2005.

The firm’s Vice President is Andrew Smith, a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent and a realtor for RE/MAX®. He is dedicated to helping clients with a smooth and seamless closing as well as has the ability to find clients the home of their dreams. Founded in 2006, Market Street Sports Group began as the exclusive sponsorship representation for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA). Working closely with their executive membership, MSSG created a model sponsorship program that has enabled the PIAA to enhance the student athlete and fan experience at their State Championship events that continues today. At several Pennsylvania school districts, MSSG has creatively revolutionized high school marketing by developing relationships with local and regional corporate partners who share the same commitment and vision of enhancing the overall school experience, while allowing cash strapped schools the opportunity to provide programs that they otherwise would not be able to afford.
