(Marchalk) Yeich who will handle your closing and is a Pennsylvania licensed Title Insurance Agent and will handle snags that happen along the way working through even the most difficult real estate issues that arise.

Northeast Pennsylvania Settlement knows how to work with homeowners when you are looking to sell, purchase or refinance real estate.  Our trained staff will handle all your settlement needs and pledge to take our responsibilities to all our clients very seriously.

Convenience and Customer Service

Northeast Pennsylvania Settlement takes closings to the next level, we will conduct closings in your office, a realtor’s office, or any other mutually convenient location, without any additional charge.  Residential and commercial real estate closing can be scheduled during regular office hours as well as early evening hours or Saturdays.

Our company knows the importance of customer service when it comes to a real estate closing.  We aim to make your closing as stress free as possible.  We will close on schedule, without excuses, and but for title or other problems not of our making.  

On a personal note, we believe that we are the best at what we do and take our responsibilities to homeowners very seriously.  We are a service organization and will answer all your questions and concerns.
